I think I noticed a bug with the Cwicly’s icon list.
When I clicked on it, it showed this error.

I installed Piotnetforms today, and I suspected the issue was caused by Piotnetforms, so I tried deactivating it, but the issue persists.

I am having the same issue on my end, which seems to be linked to 6.1.
