Block Manager

It seems that it is not anymore possible to mange native Gutenberg blocks via Block Manager.
Isn’t it possible to add this option in the Cwicly setting otr to reactivate the standard option in preferences.

Could you possibly elaborate on what the Block Manager is?
Not sure how or where Cwicly deactivates this.

Here is the Block Manager where (I think) it was possible to deactivate native blocks.

I’ve always known it in:
Preferences → Blocks

I am a bit confused.
Here is a Screenshot of Preferences→Blocks and the list of blocks with the toggle buttons is not displayed anymore.

This is not related to Cwicly. We do not deactivate any of these options.
