Since yesterday the background of all pages on my site turned white.
What makes it weird is, that some people still see it with the correct BG (Blue).

All caches have been cleared (server, browser etc. )

Thank you for taking the time to report this!
It seems there is currently an issue with the way colours are dealt with on Safari.
For the time being, kindly add this to your global stylesheet:
body{--cc-color-background: var(--cc-color-4);}
Rest assured, we have noted this issue and will have a fix for it as soon as possible.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
It appears also on Chrome as you can see from the screenshot.
