Allow editing of URL inherited query

Hi,

If we uncheck “Inherit query from URL” option in Query block, we have to define the whole query from scratch.

It would be nice to have an option to keep and edit the default query with the query UI, so that we can just alter a query parameter, like with pre_get_posts().

This has been on our tracker for a bit, so definitely something we’ll include in the near future.
