Allow block visibility conditions based on url parameters to work with front-end rendering

Hello @StrangeTech,

Thanks for bringing this up again.

1.2.9.7.2.1 should allow you to initially show/hide blocks depending on the URL parameter, and this every time the Query content is updated.

The final part of this integration is to make sure we’re listening to URL changes so that whenever they do happen, this is instantly applied to blocks with URL Parameter conditions.
