Activation of licence with localhost

Impossible to use Cwicly n a fresh install of wordpress on localhost.
5 available licences remain in my account.

When I click on Refresh Data, the cursor never ends turning and nothing happens.

Environment info

  • WordPress version: 6.2
  • Gutenberg Plugin version: N/A
  • Cwicly Plugin version: 1.2.9.5.7
  • Cwicly Theme version: 1.0.3
