Wpml compatibility status

Hello guys whats the status on wpml compatibility?
Last i checked components were not compatible at all did somebody tried translating in last months?

Hello @JohnySvitana,

Components bring a complication to translation as they are not readily available in the markup (which WPML uses) for obvious reasons.
The WPML integration with Gutenberg is rather bizarre when it comes to “dynamic” strings.
It is something we have on our internal to-do. Once Cwicly is on the WordPress repository, we’ll reach out to WPML to get this sorted.

Solution for now would be to use gutenberg component system or not use components at all if we want translations to work properly?
