Where is the "Create component' in 1.3 beta?

Hi,
I’am eager to try out the Components in 1.3 beta. But… in the context menu of an element i can’t see the ‘Create component’ option.
Did i miss something?

I checked 1.3 beta installed and active, Cwicly theme active.

Hey @Xonbu.com :v:

You want to use the Navigator to have this option available.

It’s Cwicly’s own (much more powerful and intuitive) iteration of Gutenberg’s List View.
