When editing the Nav block modals animated trigger settings, there is no way to specify a unit for the size.
Step-by-step reproduction instructions:
- Open the Post Editor/Site Editor
- Add a Nav block
- Switch to it’s Modal Animated Trigger settings
- Add a size
- Notice there is no unit specifier available

Thank you for sharing your feedback on this.
This isn’t a bug per say but a deliberate omission.
To clarify, the animated hamburger icon has a specific underlying logic that determines how its lines are calculated in order to facilitate the smooth transition between animations.
So we would have to add a layer of complexity to the logic by allowing to specify a unit.
So unfortunately, at present, it is not possible to customise the unit.
However, we may consider adding this feature in the future.
So as a workaround, I would suggest for you to stick to the unanimated hamburger toggle.
