Troubleshooting Relative Styling and Pseudo-Classes: Issues with ::before and ::after

Perhaps I missed something, but it seems that the ‘Relative styling’ doesn’t work with pseudo-classes.
I tested it with ::before and ::after, and it failed.
Can you please confirm or tell me how to do it?

Not sure if this is a bug or awkward UI, but I was trying to change the hover colour for links within a paragraph. Selected paragraph element Created a relative style for .paragraph a Selected relative style Clicked on hover state Changed text colour Instead of applying the text colour to .paragraph a:hover, it applied it to .paragraph:hover a - even though I was editing the relative style.
