I appreciate this being of importance, but I do recommend passing by the official support channel (firstname.lastname@example.org) before multiplying your post throughout our different communication platforms.
As stated on our Facebook group and your duplicate post there, this should now have been sorted. The channel you sent your query to (email@example.com) is not managed by the same team and deals with an important influx of various nature.
