Transitions are lost when copying styles from a block to a global class

Description:

When copying styles from a block that has a transition, this is not included with the copied styles when pasting into a global class.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

  1. Open the Post Editor/Site Editor
  2. Copy styles from a block that include a transition
  3. Create a new global class
  4. Paste these styles into the global class
  • WordPress version: 6.2.2
  • Gutenberg Plugin version: -
  • Cwicly Plugin version: 1.2.9.7.1
  • Cwicly Theme version: 1.0.3

I have been able to reproduce this error and can confirm it is a bug.
It seems this issue happens for both block and global classes.
