SVG icon and CSS

I inserted your SVG “Soller back-to-top button” icon from the Cwicly Library. Is there any trick to make the CSS settings working on that? Currently, neither adjusting the icon size nor e.g. border settings do have any effect.

Could you make it work in the meantime?
Just tested, and on my side, there aren’t any issues.

Some more info or a quick screencast would help.
