Scroll Into View & AJAX Pagination missing

Description:

In Cwicly 1.4.2 the Scroll Into View and AJAX Pagination options are missing from the Query Pagination block (No primary tab is shown).

@Louis, also - one thing I noticed even before 1.4.2 is that these options were only shown when Frontend Rendering is on for the Query, but if you turn them on, they also work when Frontend Rendering is switched off again.

Please can these be enabled for when Frontend Rendering is off as well.
