By this, I understand that you mean explicit regeneration from the buttons in the Cwicly Settings.
One quick question.
When you do span styling, do you specify the name of a pre-existing global class or do you do your styling directly on the span chip that appears on the block itself?
As a potential temporary workaround to your issue and also to help narrow it down, I recommend removing the styles from the span itself and creating a global class called bold-upright (same name used for the span) that has those styles.
The results of doing this should either solve your issue or give valuable information on what is causing it.
Seems to be more an typo preset issue and has not a span issue, will update this post later
I think I got now the right issue description:
I am using globals - elements - block typography for preset settings in some paragraphs. When regenerating global style css, these presets are still applied within the editor, but missing at the frontend.
I am testing this within my staging site, so caching plugins are deactivated
@FZwo, I was able to reproduce this on a test site.
and when modifying a global class from within the editor of a post, it messes up my darkmode (and the typo layout in general). Then I have to modify back and forth some content on a page (e.g. the main page), and it’s ok again, as long as I do not regenerate the global css styles CSS
This might be connected to this report.
I’ve also encountered some font related issues back in the beta on my other device, but didn’t dig deeper, as it got resolved when switching back to local fonts (might totally be unrelated to the root cause), which couldn’t be applied in the beta-1 due to a now resolved issue.
I am using local fonts only
I noticed a similar issue.
I noticed that the font is not loaded on the front end every time I hit save. I have to regenerate the CSS to make it work after hitting save, then it works correctly.
Screencast:
Version: 1.4.2 stable
exactly, that is the second issue (besides loosing presets) I am facing
Hello @FZwo,
Thanks for the report.
I can confirm there is an issue just as described when regenerating the Global Styles CSS, which will be fixed in the next update.
Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the second issue mentioned by you, @jornes and users on the Facebook group.
With so many reports, there must be something I am missing.
Are there any errors in the console that might appear?
Also, could you possibly try saving/resaving on this sandbox to let me know if you experience the same issue?

Thanks in advance.
Created an account at instawp, connected my site there, created a staging, but magic login is not working there
Hello @FZwo,
Sorry for the confusion.
This should let you log in to the sandbox:

Thanks once again.
not sure, played around a bit, using local fonts only. Maybe is a doubling effect then, because then loosing presets can happen (and it does) on 2 levels: Preset to a specific paragraph with preset to a global element other then “paragraph”, and its fallback would be global element paragraph, which looses its preset too (and that is happening in your sandbox environment). But could not reproduce that effect on saving only, it is still related to regenerate global style css
Thanks for checking that out, @FZwo.
Are you experiencing the same issue as @jornes on your installation (body font not applying on save), separately from using the presets?
Thanks in advance.
Yes, I can confirm that when saving a change, body fonts is lost at front end
Thanks
Would it be possible to have temporary access to your installation to see what might be going on? I won’t be making any changes, just a few saves.
sent you the access link via pn
