The 404 page is currently being reworked and will be available once full themes are made available. However, the other page you are interested in, has been redesigned and is available in the library: Sunny template.
If you would like, I can provide you with both these designs.
Just copied the Sunny template, the second picture seems not to be part of it. Would be great to provide me both, that helps me to learn how you made them
