Issues with the color picker

Description:

When trying to select a color in a field that is close to the bottom of the window, the color picker opens outside of the viewport and there is no way to scroll or tab into it. This happens only in my dell xps 13" laptop, not on larger screens.
The issue is not there if the property where I’m selecting the color is higher on the screen or there are other properties below it because then I can scroll inside the side panel and the color picker comes into view.
Resizing my view in the browser to be about 50% also resolves it but makes everything too small to work.
