Interaction Add new is not working

Description:

It was working fine when I press the + sign at beginning and until certain point, now whenever I press the + sign, it will overwrite the existing rule that I set. Please see the video below:

Sorry about the trouble you’re experiencing with the interactions.

This does seem unusual. Could you tell me if you’re getting any errors inside the browser console when trying to add a new one?

@Louis yes I remembered it was something related to 500 or 502 thing. I end up removing the block entirely and rebuild one and the add new button on interaction works fine again.
