In the site editor copy/pasting on an empty area of the navigator does nothing

Description:

In the page editor, when you copy a block, click on an empty area of the navigator (below all other blocks) and then paste (using e.g. Cmd+V), this appends the pasted block. When doing this in the site editor, it does nothing.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

  1. Open the Site Editor
  2. Add one or more blocks
  3. Copy a block
  4. Click the empty area of the navigator
  5. Trigger Ctrl/Cmd+V
  6. Notice the block you copied is not appended

Thank you @Louis, from very quick initial testing this appears to work perfectly now.

@Louis & Araminta, after a week and a half of consistent use this definitely seems to be 100% working as expected, so can be moved to Fixed Bugs.
