I know how to style items in the navigation header based on ‘hover,’ but how can I change their styling based on the one whose page we’re on?
A.k.a. if we’re on ‘About Us,’ I want that menu item to be underlined, for example.
Definetively, this toggle button is hard to see!

Just start to apply your desired design via the block inspector properties.
