I created a Global Header in Global parts.
I want to set an image as background section.
As shown on the attached image, the option to add an image is here, but there is nothing to select the image (or video).

This is a bizarre issue, as I can’t reproduce it on my side.
If this is a live installation, could you possibly send support@cwicly.com a temporary login so that we can see what’s going on exactly?

May I ask if this is happening on every block is this one in particular?
I tried with the live weebsite and had thee same issue.
I tried with section in template, pages → no problem
I also tried with a Div in Global Parts → problem
I will send an access to the site to the support of Cwicly.
