Google Fonts with @import

I ran a test for the site I replicated with Cwicly on https://yellowlab.tools/.

I found everything is great but google web font uses the @import method in a stylesheet which is not recommended.

Stylesheet:

I think the stylesheet should be using a <link tag instead of @import

What do you think?

Thanks for bringing this up @jornes, much appreciated!
Definitely something I have to take a look at more seriously and see what we can do in the coming weeks.

Hi @Louis, was about to open a new thread, but figured best to just continue the general conversation regarding fonts. Any idea of when you might be able to take a look at the custom fonts feature?

I also refer to the below:

This is definitely on the list of quality of life improvements.

There’s already been some work done internally, but nothing is planned until the WooCommerce integration is out.

Thanks.
