Global Classes:

There are some things that I am supposed to be able to do in a global class that it is not letting me do. For example I want to set the icon style on a list through the global class, but it doesn’t allow me to set the icon through the global class. It allows me to press the active button and choose an icon, but it doesn’t show up for the list.

I’ve experienced a similar issue with the gallery on a global class. I tried to set the columns setting on the global class. Once again it allowed me to put a number in the columns section, but nothing changed until I put a 0 on the columns setting outside of the global class.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

List Bug

  1. Open the Post Editor/Site Editor
  2. Add a list
  3. Add a global class to the list
  4. Set an Icon on the global class and style it

Gallery Bug

  1. Open the Post Editor/Site Editor
  2. Add a Gallery
  3. Remove Columns settings from the gallery
  4. Add a Global Class to the Gallery
  5. Put settings on the global class

I’m sorry to hear about these troubles and will investigate.
I think the List issue you bring up is incorrect.

In the meantime, could I possibly ask you to review your thread title to a somewhat less alarming and more descriptive nature?

The Gallery issue should be addressed in 1.2.9.4.7.
As for the List concern you bring up, I cannot currently reproduce any obvious issue/bug.
