Footer CSS not being applied on live site

I have created a footer with an image, paragraph and menu but almost none of the css is showing on the live site. The only css that works is the colour I set for the paragraph and the container flex layout. Everything else is absent. The class names are correct in dev inspector.

I don’t know if anything else could be conflicting or stopping them showing? I created a header as well and that is displaying correctly

Hi,

This should not be happening.
Would you be so kind as to provide me a URL (here or through PM)?

Best regards,
Johnny

Sure, thank you. https://staging.clickish.co.uk

Hi,

Thanks for the URL. Nothing unusual there.
Can you try saving the footer template part again and take a look at the browser console and check if there are any errors that appear.

Best regards,
Johnny

Thank you, but no errors in console

You can try regenerating the global styles from Cwicly settings as per the other thread I mentioned, to see if that helps.

Thanks, sorry I missed that first time.

It half worked! The background colour and image css now work but other styling to menus, margins and font styles doesn’t.

Hi,

It might be best if we look at this directly.
Would you be so kind as to provide temporary access to the WordPress backend?

If this is possible, for security and privacy reasons, kindly send the details using our paste website, by sharing the link generated: https://paste.cwicly.com/ to support@cwicly.com or by PM.

Best regards,
Johnny

Perhaps also regenerate global classes and block styles/html as a temporary solution until Cwicly have fully resolved it.

I did that too but no luck

Hi,

Thanks for the access.

I have been able to reproduce the issue and have forwarded it to the dev team as a priority.
I was able to regenerate your block CSS and that seems to have solved the issue temporarily.
A fix will be issued as soon as possible.

Best regards,
Johnny
