Hi,
It is possible to duplicate posts that contain Cwicly blocks without any issues.
You have to make sure the plugin you use to duplicate isn’t escaping HTML content, which is happening in your case.

As I am not a fan of Yoast, I am using Duplicate Post – WordPress-Plugin | WordPress.org Deutsch, not issues with that, works fine
