I cannot convert from WordPress default paragraph block to Cwicly’s Heading block or paragraph block.
This is inconvenient when copying and pasting text.
Is this an original spec?
Thanks for bringing this up.
Indeed, converting from a WordPress paragraph block to Cwicly’s heading block is causing an error which prevents transformation.
But, WordPress paragraph block to Cwicly paragraph block seems to work on my end.
We’ll be fixing this in the next update.
For what it’s worth, I use the Gutenberg p block when all I need is plain text. Being able to hit ENTER/RETURN and get a new p is handy. We still can’t do this in the Cwicly block yet, which is a shame.
That said, the Cwicly p block is a powerful Swiss Army Knife block that can become just about any semantic HTML element you want. Have made it into div and a as needed in the past. Very useful.
