I had created a few components with the beta version of 1.3.0 but after updating to the latest version they are no more available

Unfortunately after updating from the 1.3 beta to version 1.3, this is to be expected due to the significant changes made during the transition from beta to the stable release.
Unfortunately, it will be necessary for you to recreate your components in the new version.
Rest assured, now that Components are a stable feature of Cwicly, you should no longer experience any removed blocks after future updates.
