when I create a Component and adding a number propertie, the with unit toggle will remove the default value.
• plus when entering a non number value into the default field it closes/crashes the component editor…
When I now try to type a number into the Default value of number properties it will close the component editor each time for number values.
No console error created…

Thanks so much for your report!
The default value reset when toggling the “With Unit” property is intended as the type is modified.
I have been able to reproduce the issue with the “Component Properties” modal being closed (not crashing) when modifying the Component. It has been added to our bug tracker.
