ACF WYSIWYG editor not showing bullets or margin

Using the ACF WYSIWYG field for a post page, the bullet list or numbers do not show in the editor. Also the is no margin around the text:

Can’t get bulleted or numbered lists to show in the ACF WYSIWYG editor field visual view. Need to look at text view to see they are applied. The bullets do show on the front end though. Also I notice the text field has no margin around the text. On another install I have with ACF fields it does (no Cwicly installed on that one)

Environment info

just tested it and can confirm that the same happens with my ACF WYSIWYG fields.
