Accordions in Footer cause whitespace being added

Description:

When you add paragraph text to accordions that is longer (has more height) than the parent (in this case the footer) it causes added whitespace whenever the accordion is closed. As soon as you open the accordion and the text gets revealed it “consumes” the white space beneath.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

  1. Add the accordions block into a footer
  2. Put long text into the paragraph
  3. Check the frontend
