I love Cwicly, and i keep building websites with it. In january, i put online 2 websites:
- cuisinevegetale.com which is a 6-months rebuild
- oceanrise-coalition.org which was a 3-weeks fresh build

Look at it, it’s so great, clean, and elegant.
thank you @NHViet I’ve work with the same graphic designer on both websites: she does the DA and then i know where to go to design the websites
I’m using Cwicly for several website projects. Right now, I’m feeling very confused about the current state of Cwicly. It’s been quite a while since I last saw Louis return. I’m standing at a crossroads about the future ahead. Can Cwicly continue to be used in the future?
yeah i’m confused too, that’s why i went on webstudio last year and i try to use for clients who don’t need CMS or features that i can find only with wordpress plugins (such as hotel booking for example)
And inside wordpress, cwicly is still the most advanced builder for me. Although i like greenshift and a new one called Blockera
Webstudio self-hosted I guess? If one has to have a CMS, what’s your opinion? Still WordPress, or is there a valid alternative? I If not, maybe there are options to use WordPress just for CMS.
yeah i used webstudio self hosted for 2 websites which did not need CMS
I know you can use wordpress as a headless cms with webstudio and also a lot of other tools like a google spreadsheet or a notion database
i’m rebuilding my own website, and i may use webstudio for this (mostly to get rid of wordpress maintenance!)
If you like blockera, check out also Advanced Block Controls (ABC). I think is a bit better functionality wise.
