1.4.2-beta2 Bug with custom CSS panel when reducing the height of the panel window

When the height of the custom CSS panel window is reduced, the CSS value fields below slip below the custom CSS panel window

To reproduce the error, move to the advanced tab, expand the custom CSS window and pull the round slider upwards

Indeed, there is an issue with the resize. This will be fixed in the next update.
